We make each product individually. As a result, the appearance of the design may vary slightly from item to item due to variations in the slate and because, as humans, we aren't able to repeat everything exactly every time.

As we're still a small operation, we regret that it's currently not feasible for us to offer refunds or exchanges. We hope to change this policy as our business grows. Standard shipping within the United States via USPS is included in the product price. We aim to process your order and get it to the post office within 48 hours. Shipping times will be those required by USPS. Should you need your order expedited, please email us at IntrinsicCollection.Info@gmail.com before placing your order so we can see if it can be arranged for an additional fee.

We recommend avoiding anything abrasive. Should you wish to wash the coaster, we suggest doing so gently using water with a mild detergent.

Sales tax is already included in all our prices, so you won't see anything added when you get to checkout.
